I grew up in Haifa, and when I turned 12, my father took me and my eldest brother – Eyal to a ranch outside of Haifa, to ride horses. Something happened to me back then. A special connection occurred between me and the horses, a connection that is on going nearly 60 years later.
Any where I lived ever since, anywhere I went, first thing I looked for was the nearest horse ranch.
My dream since than was to live in a moshav, having horses around me.When I turned 50, I fulfilled the dream. Through joined life with horses, I realized and learned, that horses are living in the moment, the "here and now". They check us every time  we enter their living area. They observe us, our body language, whether we are beneficial for them – authentic leaders, or harmful for them, and they react accordingly – approach us or retreat from us. Coming from fields of education and therapy, I realized the horses ability to assist people in finding their strength, their resilience, their peace. I studied relevant studies in England and Texas and out of these studies and my own knowledge and experience, I formed the "Horses Lead Change" therapeutic model. Interaction with the horses leaves no one indifference. 
I have a message to you all in the universe – pick goals, go there and don't rush anything. No one knows when we reach the goal, and it doesn't really mater. Don't despair and don't give up. Life summonses us challenges, surprises and changes and we can endure them all.
