Management has always been a complex and challenging role. These days, managers have to deal with many more difficult issues:

What do we offer?
An intervention using horses (from the ground, without riding) aimed at providing tools to support management roles in the current period.
A unique workshop that combines tools from the world of organizational consulting with the "horses lead change" method.
The workshop is intended for general managers, department managers, team managers, within the organization.
The workshop will be held at the E&D center in Moshav Aviel.
Duration of the workshop: a single four-hour session.
Number of participants: up to 15.
